I have temporary renters there and the home will be ready to rent on December 1, 2023. The basement has been waterproofed and I have a washer and dryer hookup on the first floor, which people seem to really like. So I am taking applications now and will be showing the home after Thanksgiving. Tenant pays utilities. No pets. No smoking or drugs.
