The final sleeping area is downstairs with their own private access from outside through French doors. There are two queen size beds. There is also a full bathroom on this floor with a tub and shower. We are right on the water! Please know that on the lakeside of the property there is a significant cliff that does not have a barricade. It makes for a beautiful view from the fire pit but parents will need to exercise caution when entertaining in the front yard. You'll have access to the whole home with the exception of a couple closets and the attached garage. Owner pays all utilities. No smoking in the house or the property. No parties.
