This property is Ideally located close to the Harbor Oaks neighborhood and sits on a very large lot. There are two houses on the lot and the house furthest North is the property for lease. Access is via security gate only. This property is close to literally everything; a 30 second walk to get to the bay, 5 minutes to Walmart, 8 minutes to HEB, and 3 minutes to the Fulton Pier and entertainment areas. This semi-furnished large 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom house has beautiful built-ins, onsite parking, large enclosed patio (soon to be converted into an additional 375 sq. ft. of living space). We are considering 6 month to one year lease terms starting January 2024. Animals are on a case-by-case basis. This is an outside only smoking and/or vaping property. Further restrictions apply. We are taking appointments now for perspective tenant(s) tour and interviews, which must be conducted prior to being approved for application. This lease term is a six month to one year in duration with first and last months rent due at contract signing and prior to move-in. Tenant(s) pay for electric, 1/2 water/garbage, and internet/wi-fi (discounted). Tours are conducted M-F 10am to 5pm, with minor exceptions.
