Approved Tenant(s) will receive a $300 reduction in the deposit to be used for the purchase of a one year Property Liability Insurance Policy. This policy is required and is NOT renter's insurance. (Valid from 12/01/2023 till 12/31/2023) This beautifully finished, both inside and outside, tree covered property, is a semi-furnished 2 bedroom 2 bathroom home and is situated in a quiet neighborhood one block off of Market Street. Custom wood floors throughout, custom tile bathrooms, two very large patios with Egg grill, large outside seating area with a wood fire pit. House comes with a large TV, living room seating, new full size bed and custom built-in wardrobe (bdrm 2). Custom cabinets and handmade countertops in fully furnished kitchen. Onsite parking with 50 amp plug-in for RV. Because of upgraded interior finishes, we are not allowing inside pets at this time. Smoking and/or vaping is allowed outside only. Tenant's will be required to take out a Property Damage Liability Insurance policy for the 1-year lease term. This policy specifically covers damages to the Owner's property. Property covered under this policy would be items the property came with (e.g. stove, fridge, sink, toilet, walls, floors, a/c, etc.) or the building itself. Personal items brought onto and into the property are not covered and Tenant's are recommended to obtain separate Renter's Insurance. Tenant(s) providing Property Damage Liability Insurance policy will receive a one time, $300 credit towards their security deposit and at the beginning of the lease term. Further restrictions apply.
