Also, there is no through traffic , so it is quiet! Home is pet friendly Close to shopping and dining within a 5-10 minute drive. Smoking is NOT allowed inside the home, but permitted outside. Please make sure all cig butts, are not thrown down, around the home.! Renters are responsible for all utilities and lawn upkeep. No parking on the grass.
