Lot's of room to spread out with a living room and bathroom on all three levels. Great neighborhood, parks nearby. 3 bedrooms plus an office / guest bedroom. Full video tour available upon request. It won't let us post a Youtube link with our tour, but message us and we can share a link. Upstairs there are two bedrooms and a bathroom. There is a bonus area where a tv / living area could be setup. The main level has the kitchen, living room, full bathroom, and a bonus room that could be used as an office or guest bedroom. The basement has a large master bedroom with a full bathroom ( jet tub ), laundry room, and a living area that could have a couch and tv. There is a 2 stall garage for parking. We have not had pets in the house previously but may consider a small and well behaved dog that is not a barker as to be respectful to neighbors. Pet rent is $50 / month.
