Jan 15 - Jun 30 2024 rates are $2100-$2250 month dependent on length of stay. Jul-LD 2024 rate is $12,750 during Track Season. LD-Jun 2025 rates are $2250 month Owner supplies water, lawn maintenance, Netflix (no cable), snow plow (not shoveling), $100 of utilities (renters pay any gas/electric above $100).
