Apartment has its own laundry room with full-size washer and dryer. Iron, TV with streaming apps, towels, linens, and kitchen essentials provided. ** Smoke-free home. Cats and small dogs are allowed, with refundable pet deposit ($250/pet, max 2 pets). **1-4 month renter preferred Owner pays all utilities--includes water, sewer, electricity, and wifi. NO smoking whatsoever (inside or outside, including cigarettes, vapes, and marijuana). Small dogs and cats allowed, but must be approved by owner. Pet deposit of $250 (refundable) is due upon lease signing. Tenant must pick up all of their pet's waste from back yard. Parking pad on driveway is reserved for tenant only.
