This house is tucked in a Cul de sac with a mature elm tree in front kind of hiding the front of the house and 3 places to park your car in the wells district! It has a fenced in front and back yard. The floors in all but 1 room are vinyl. The house has w/d in unit, portable dishwasher and propane heat/ac units. In the rent, I am including the propane heat. We have A/C units in all of the rooms which we remove for fall/winter and will put back in summer for you if you want. This house is a 2 minute drive to renown (it's right across the street) and 5 mins from midtown. This house is perfect for anyone who wants to live in midtown or centrally in Reno! This house will not be furnished when you move in. Owner pays for heat (central propane heat) which heats the WHOLE house perfectly! If the dishwasher stops working (it's portable) I will not be replacing it. I am looking for someone to take care of our yard and our fruit trees in the back. There is a huge fenced in backyard with an area for you to put a table if you like to be outside. We have a drip system for some of the plants that we will hook up in summer for you. There is no garage but a storage shed in the backyard for your stuff. We are cool with pets but they have to be well behaved and not destroy the grass. There will be a deposit of $500 which you can get back if there are no major damages to the house/yard and you clean before you leave.
