Prospective tenant pays for credit and income verification - approx $50. 6 month to one year lease with month to month thereafter. Minimum credit score of 650, must have verified gross income in excess of $4,333/month. No prior evictions. NO SMOKING Owner pays natural gas bill and internet. Owner will maintain yard. Owner will keep a section of unfinished basement for storage of a few items - ie lawn mowing equipment. Tenant is responsible for High Point City bill. Additional security deposit and monthly fee will be required for a dog. No pit bulls or mixed, German shepherds, and a few other dogs as they are not allowed under our insurance policy.
