A non-refundable application fee on Zillow. Criteria for Evaluation: 1. Criminal History A background check will be conducted. Serious criminal offenses may result in application denial. 2. Previous Rental History Positive references from previous landlords are required. Evictions within the last 5 years will not be accepted. 3. Current Income Applicants must have a verifiable income that is at least 3x the monthly rent. Proof of income (e.g., pay stubs, bank statements) is required. 4. Credit History A credit check will be conducted. A minimum credit score of 650 is required. 5. Accuracy of Application All information on the application form must be accurate and complete. Providing false or incomplete information is grounds for denial. Application Process Applications are processed on a first-come, first-served basis.
