The interior features central heat and air with a digital programmable thermostat, ceiling fans, and washer/drier connections. The exterior features a large, fenced backyard and a detached one-car garage. The monthly rent is a discounted $1,150 due to interior painting and floor refinishing being put off until the summer. There is also a $50 discount given to tenants who pay their rent on or before the 28th of each month and use Venmo or deposit directly into my CapitalOne account. Additionally, lawn and grounds maintenance is provided at no cost to the tenant. A $1,000 deposit is required if 4 or fewer people will be living in the house. If the number of residents exceeds four, an additional $500 deposit per person will be required before move-in. A maximum of three pets are allowed pending management approval with a $500 deposit being required for the first pet and $250 deposits required for each subsequent pet.
