Hello! Me and my Fiance are listing our home for rent. We'll be buying a new place and should be able to be out and have it rented by 01/01/2024. We fully renovated the home within the last 6 months, including a new roof this summer and all new flooring and paint throughout. The kitchen also has beautiful Granite countertops and a new sink. It has a completely new bathroom and new energy saving windows around the whole house as well. We are fine with pets with a pet fee included in the rent, as long as they are well behaved.
