Tennet must upkeep the yard including leaves in back yard. No grass longer then 3 inches at all times. No mowing around HVAC. Back up in laundry pipe due to sock or undergarments will be renters responsibility to pay along with anything that breaks lease. No painting the walls or putting screws in them and no smoking in residence. All smoking must be done outside. No pets. One parking spot in driveway at all times. People should be respectful and courteous to neighbors at all times. This lease is a years lease with it changing to month to month after lease automatically ends and the potential if tenet wishes to buy it as a rent to own after the end of the year. All utilities are tenets responsibility. Landlord requires rental insurance. 3 months pay stubs required and w-2s, all tenets will be subject to a background and credit check. Lease doesn't start til the 20th of November.
