I will reduce the security deposit by $325 for current active duty service members signing a lease by 3 Dec 23. (Valid from 11/26/2023 till 12/03/2023) Comfortable home in a quiet, well established neighborhood in the highly desirable Fox-Hill area of Hampton. The house has energy efficient windows is excellently maintained and of note, the fireplace is nonfunctioning (sealed off). Parking can be in the garage or in the driveway or on the street. The garage can easily handle typical lawn equipment, etc besides space for 1 small car. The house is also ideally located to bases, interstate 64 , schools, parks, beaches, popular stores and restaurants.
