This in-law unit is fully furnished with pool table, brand new kitchen, deck and yard to take in the amazing view of Mount Hood. Feel like you are far but only 20 minutes to downtown Portland. Kitchen has convection oven, microwave, and two hot plates. The space is separate from main house with it's own entrance. It's quite large approx 1,000 sqft. Only shared space is mud room, laundry room and yard. Utilities include water, gas, electricity, garbage, internet and landscaping, all for a flat $250/month on top of rent. No smoking on premises. Option available to rent for shorter duration at higher price. Minimum 3 month required. Long term lease is preferred. Pet must be let outside minimum of 3 times a day. Must have friendliness towards cats, Pet introduction with my dog required.
