Location, location, location! This renovates 1903 home is located halfway between the Virginia Museum of fine arts and Virginia Commonwealth University. It is a 10 to 15 minute walk to each. Right around the corner is Joes Inn and Shields Market. There are many other restaurants, bars, shops right within walking distance. The house has 10 foot ceilings, hardwood floors lots of artwork, and fireplaces in every roomThere is a wonderful front porch which is a great spot for morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. The backyard is completely fenced with a fire pit and dining table and chairs. This is a four month lease from mid January to mid May. Tenant is responsible for gas heat and electric, water/sewer. Wi-Fi and streaming services are included in the rent. We keep all the utilities in our name and you would reimburse us for the gas and electric.
