The first $150 of electricity is paid for each month by the landlord. Any amount above that is required to be paid by the tenant back to the landlord in what is called an overage. Rocky Top Properties does not charge a fee. This property is 7-8 minutes from the Lewisburg industrial park and only 50 minutes from Williamson County/Franklin or 25 minutes from Fayetteville. There are 30 trailers located in this rural setting. Some are single wides, others are double wides and one is a site built home. The prices vary with each trailer dependent upon what each one offers in amenities. All tenants receive a refrigerator and a stove. The Landlord provides the first $150 worth of electricity provided by Duck River Utilities each month. Anything over that amount is the full responsibility of the tenant. The Landlord provides water. The lease is a month to month lease. We require 30 days notice upon leaving to receive your security deposit back and rent must be fully paid. The weekly rent for this property is $248.
