There is a room off the parlor with a built in bookcase that was used as an office but could also be a bedroom as it has a closet. There is a back room that was used as a den but could also be a bedroom as it has a closet also. So this house has the potential to be 5 bedrooms if needed or to have more common areas. Bring your own washer, dryer, and fridge. Stove provided. There is a attached single car port along with a detached 2 car port. There is a small enclosed workshop on the other side of the attached car port. As this house was built in 1910 it may contain lead paint.
