Sip wine or coffee as you rock on the back porch. Enjoy fire pits and a hammock off the back porch. Month to month rental includes internet, furnishings, electric (up to $150 a month) and trash service. Owner pays water Owner pays trash (tenant responsible for bringing it to can at the bottom of the drive) Owner pays internet Owner pays electric up to $150 a month. If electric bill is over $150 for the month tenant will be billed for the amount over $150.
