Front porch offers 2 rockers and a porch swing. Range, washer/dryer, microwave, Smart TV and Keurig provided in home. Cabin has queen sized bed with comfortable leather couch. Month to Month rental includes internet and electric up to $150 per month. Owner pays water Owner pays Internet Owner pays Trash- Tenant responsible for placing it in the can at the base of driveway. Owner pays electric up to $150 a month. If electric bill is in excess of $150 for the month tenant will be billed for amount over $150.
