The house has a large carport that's covered out front, along with a good sized front yard. The backyard is fenced and walled in. There is a family room and living room (house is big!), 2 baths, 3 bedrooms. Does have a fireplace, dishwasher and stainless steel appliances. Dogs are allowed (certain breed restrictions). $200 per pet deposit. NON REFUNDABLE No cats. 25lb max, max of 2. The utilities are tenant responsibility. There is a sliding glass door in the dining area. 6 month initial lease with option to renew after or to month to month. NO CATS. Dogs are subject to breed restrictions, max of 2, 25lb weight limit.
