The 1500 sq ft main level of this beautiful log home is available for mid-term summer 2024 rental. 30 day+ lease considered anytime between May and September 2024 (summer months only). This location is perfect for reverse snowbirds. Located at Kahler Glen Golf & Ski Resort, the home has beautiful views overlooking the golf course. Come to Washington for our beautiful summers and mountain views. This is a fully furnished home that operates as a short term rental throughout other times of the year. Linens and other amenities are provided to make your summer mid-term stay very comfortable. The fully furnished main level with private entrance features 3 bedrooms / 2 bathrooms, living room, dining room, kitchen and private deck overlooking the golf course. The primary bedroom has a queen bed and ensuite full bath. The other bedrooms are queen / and twin beds and share the other bathroom which consists of a large walk-in shower. The kitchen is very well stocked and provides ample space for cooking and entertaining. Gas grill and fire pit table are on the deck. Washer and dryer is on the main floor. Central air conditioning, wifi and smart TVs. Detached 2 car garage for parking. Kahler Glen offers a beautiful 18 hole golf course with active golf clubs and activities. Memberships are available on a monthly basis at the Kahler Glen Athletic center for use of fitness facilities and pool. The house is also just 2 miles away from Lake Wenatchee State Park, known for it's family-friendly beach. A great spot for family picnics, swimming and paddling. Explore the Cascade mountains and nearby attractions including mountain lakes, wineries and more. Not included, but available for rent on an ad hoc basis is a fully separate, locked lower level suite with private entrance. This is the owner's suite, which may be occasionally occupied by the owner for property and yard maintenance. There are no other shared spaces except the parking area during these times. Lease addendum to include the lower level suite for extended family visits on an ad hoc basis is possible if desired.
