The home is two stories, 2 car garage, fully paved front and back yard, 3 large bedrooms with enough beds to accommodate visiting family and friends. Max 8-10 guests sleep comfortably in 1 king, 3 queens and 2 twins. Decor is modern and fashioned in the theme of music city. This beautiful, fully furnished home can be rented for minimum 1 month, no maximum. There is a rental agreement and security deposit required. Damages or missing items will be deducted from security deposit if necessary. Utilities are covered up to $200.00 month. Excess of that will be shared with renters for balance payment. Absolutely no smoking in the house or property, no cats, due to hardwood flooring throughout, maximum two small dogs allowed. For children a baby gate will be required at the top and bottom of the stairs. Tenant is responsible for safety prevention outside related to weather, ice or snow. Owner has the right to inspect the home occasionally at a mutually agreed appointment.
