It is a serene haven boasting four private bedrooms, community private beach access, and breathtaking views of the beach and mountains. Once you step inside, you'll feel the stress melt away. Take a seat on the expansive deck, observe the majestic bald eagles and herons soaring over Skagit Bay, and admire the stunning sunset hues. Our family has created numerous wonderful memories here, and we hope you'll do the same. * Renters are responsible for water, gas, and electricity. Owner is responsible for the internet and garbage. * No smoking is allowed. * Credit score needs to be higher than 650. * First month's payment includes the first month's rent, the last month's rent, and the refundable security deposit. * Only small and well-trained pets are allowed (up to 2 pets, no pet over 20 lbs) * Total adult occupants limit to 4. * Lease runs for 1-3 months from January 1st - March 31st. * Fully Furnished * Insurance adjuster welcome
