Cute, small country home. It's in a quiet and scenic location just outside Keyser, jus a couple minutes outside town. Home has been freshly remodeled, completely new interior with flooring, paint, all new stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, washer, dryer, brand new high efficiency heat pump, countertops, water heater, washer and dryer... the works! Decent sized front porch, on a quiet road. $50 per adult application fee, full application required. First/Last/Deposit required to move in so that's $2625 due at move in. We are pretty strict, we only rent to someone who can prove adequate income, good rental history, good personal/professional references. I would consider small pets on a case-by-case basis... but again only with good references, proof of income, and additional pet deposit and pet rent may be required.
