Unit is pet-friendly. Guests will receive a personalized access code prior to arrival and direct contact to a local guest experience manager for any questions, needs or recommendations during their stay. GETTING AROUND Travel by car, boat, or plane to our luxury estate. Park in the two car garage or the driveway for an additional 2 vehicles and your boat trailer. If you didn't travel by water, you can also drop your boat at one of the public boat ramps in Key Haven or Stock Island. Rent a golf cart, scooter, moke or bike for the day to explore the area. Feel free to ask us for recommendations! NEIGHBORHOOD Paradise Palms is located on the southeast side of Key West. The private street is exclusive to the neighborhood residents. Take a bike ride to the beach 1-2 miles away or enjoy the resort-style waterfront backyard. Located just minutes away from the World Famous Duval Street and its vibrant restaurants, art galleries, and nightlife. Ask your GEM for their favorite things-to-do and places-to-go! Cancellation Policy CANCELLATION POLICY: There will be no refund given to guests who cancel within 60 days of their arrival day. Guests who request to cancel outside of the 60-day window prior to their arrival date, will receive a full refund. In order to cancel, guests must provide a cancellation request in writing through email. OTHER INFO: - House is fully furnished. - All utilities are included. - Full payment for the entire stay is required in order to reserve the property, however, reservations over 4 months may be subject to a payment plan upon request. - Payments can be made online at brightwild.com/ or over the phone with one of our Guest Experience Managers. - We do not accept checks or cash, payments must be made with a credit card or debit card. - 12.5 % tax will be applied to rental rate and cleaning fee.
