There's a choice for either fiber optic or cable internet in the cove. I'm looking for a long-term, responsible tenant to enjoy this fine house and treat it with respect. Pool service is included. The rent is $2900 with an $3500 security deposit plus utilities (except for trash and sewer) and credit check. The current tenants plan to be out by the 10th of November Owner pays for trash and sewer. Tenant pays water, electricity and propane.
