This furnished charming guesthouse is a home away from home with garden, city and ocean views in a quiet, secluded area of town. The neighborhood is very safe; you can take an evening walk to a restaurant down the street. Close to all of Santa Barbara's attractions including the Botanical Gardens, a mile from the famous Mission, walking distance to the Santa Barbara Natural History Museum, 3 miles from the beach, close to lots of restaurants, minutes away from great hikes, 20 minutes from the Santa Ynez wine country, etc. This spacious 1 room guesthouse is separate from the main house with it's own private entrance, full kitchen and bathroom with shower. Nicely decorated with modern decor and wood floors includes one queen bed and a comfortable sleeper sofa (full bed). Please note there are about 10 stairs to the front entrance. There is one parking spot available in the carport below the guest house. There is also WiFi and a big screen TV.
