Pismo Heights Beach Rental is a large 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom home with expansive ocean views. Bedrooms are equipped with a king bed, 2 queen beds, full bed, futon and queen sofa sleeper, sleeping 12 total. Kitchen is fully equipped including a dishwasher. There are fireplaces in both the living room and the master bedroom. The master bathroom has a jacuzzi tub. Downstairs living room includes a ping pong table and a pool table. There is also a kitchenette downstairs. Washer/dryer. WIFI. Charcoal BBQ. This property does not have air conditioning. Fully furnished and equipped vacation rental by the month. Includes utilities (capped) and Wi-Fi. Off season rate $5280/mo. Peak rate (June, July, August) $7000/mo. Rental rate negotiable for stays 6mo or longer. Existing Reservation for July 2024. Application required for all intended occupants age 18+, a $30 application fee applies in the event we need to generate a credit report for you. Once approved there is a $49 reservation fee and $350 cleaning fee in addition to the monthly rent and refundable security deposit. Stays of 3 months or longer will automatically require professional furniture and carpet cleaning, to be deducted from the security deposit. Shorter stays may require professional carpet and furniture cleaning depending on the condition of the premises upon departure but is not automatically charged.
