The second bedroom features bamboo-style furniture and a Queen bed also w/ a 14" luxury hybrid mattress. The third bedroom is a bit smaller and is currently set up as a dedicated office -- but could be converted to a bedroom with a single bed if desired. The bathroom has been completely remodeled with tile, vanity and fixtures. The backyard is a private oasis with a 3-person 27 jet hot tub, an in-ground pool with custom tile and pavers, as well as pool loungers, fire pit with Adirondack chairs, outdoor shower, and mega sun shades. The yard is surrounded by lots of palm trees & tropical plants and has a fully secure 6 foot privacy fence. There's a 1 car garage as well as a laundry room with brand new washer and dryer included as well. We're fur-friendly (big dogs too!) but do require a $250 deposit per pet.
