Landlord requires 1st last and deposit before move in and also that a Zillow rental application is completed by all adults to occupy the home. For the months May through Mid November Landlord will consider shorter lease but not less than 2 months. A written lease will be signed specifying move in and move out date prior to occupancy. Landlord pays trash, pest control, water/sewer, internet, and yard maintenance. Tenant pays for electricity All Country Club amenities are available to the tenant. One tenant must be 40 yrs of age and no one under 19 (Per HOA rules). 25.00 transfer fee which covers up to two tenants for Country Club membership amenity use for entire rental stay.
