Nice clean home with great Superstition mountain views. Hiking trails just a couple miles up the road. This is a mobile home located in a nice quiet 55 plus mobile home resort. This is a furnished rental with all utilities included. Booking for the winter season for a rate of $2300.00 a month. One year rental at $1595.00 a month furnished, tenant pays all utilities. May be able to unfurnished need be. Potential tenant will need to be approved by the park. Fee is $45.00 per application. Please take note this is a 55 plus community. Each person residing in property will need to be this age or older. Each person booking will be required be approved through the park prior to booking. Also will be required to sign a lease agreement and provide a copy of their drivers license or government issued ID, prior to entry of the property. An email address will be required as well. Guest are required to obtain renters insurance. Guest will be required to purchase a one time damage waiver insurance policy for a non refundable price of $89.00. All above requirements are for any length of stay. Please note there will be no exceptions to these requirements. If service or emotional animals apply to guest documentation of proof will be required showing the animals status being as such. No subleasing is accepted on this property. Non smoking property.
