This house has everything you need for a short term rental anywhere from December 2023 to May of 2024, looking for snowbirds who would like to come warm up for a few months. This home does have stairs as it is raised to avoid flooding. The home is fully furnished with everything you need, just bring a toothbrush and your personals. This home is on a peaceful canal on the Weeki Wachee River. Kayak, paddle board accessible from the back yard. You can tie a boat to the dock if need be. This home is fully furnished set up with everything you need to live comfortably for an extended stay. We have the air b n b calendar blocked off to allow for long term winter stays without weekend short stays interruptions. Please contact us if you have any questions. The living room has an electric reclining sofa, and a single recliner for him. Primary bedroom has a king size adjustable select comfort bed with 3 inch topper. Please not tenant pays electric and water. Pets can be considered but with an additional security deposit. There is a small walk in closet a small sitting area and a queen sized bed in the same room if needed. The other two bedrooms are on the opposite side of the home to provide for a guest room with a queen bed. The last bedroom has a river view slider and has a murphy bed and walk in closet that can be used as an office. Dining room has seating for 4 with extra chairs in home to seat 6 at a pub height table. The home has AC throughout. Internet and charter cable tv. Kitchen is fully stocked with dishes and utensils, pots pans, a microwave and dishwasher, laundry has top loading washer and gas dryer. Covered carport parking for large vehicles, fully fenced yard on 3 sides ( not river side) full deck, dock with ladders to access the river.
