Ormond By the Sea is known for the beautiful no drive beaches, coral sand, with easy access to Flager Beach, Palm Coast, Daytona, St Augustine, or Orlando activities. Owner covers lawn maintenance, electric (capped at $120 per month), water (capped at $50 per month), and wifii. $75 application fee per occupant.
