We rent the lower half of our home which is completely closed off from the upper floors. Our home looks over the foothills and the south Santa Clara County area. It is very quiet, serene, no traffic noise. 6 month lease minimum 1 year preferred. No smoking of any kind. No pets due to the lack of fencing. To have children live here you must sign an indemnification clause and you will be responsible for their care. Guests are welcome for a two night stay with previous notice. We appreciate if tenants do their best to conserve water. Ample parking for a maximum of three cars. We do not interfere with your living space but are here to assist you in enjoying our apartment.
