The rent of $2500 does not include utilities. This can be rented furnished or unfurnished- pending the length of stay-(same price). We have Starlink Wifi (Tesla), trash, water, electricity, gas, sewer included with rent at $2850! We have a BRAND NEW air conditioner and heating unit. It is an open floor plan, with a lot of open space. Just look at the pictures! The master bedroom is basically a double sized room with a couch and desk- with access to the backyard and brick deck. There is a REFUNDABLE deposit because the couch, mattresses, furniture, floors and washing machine are all brand new. It is currently on Air BNB and other short term rental platforms. They go in the trash and straight to the outside trash can. The mountain views in Cottonwood are breathtaking. Cottonwood is engulfed by mountains on every side. This property brings beauty and affordability into the Sedona area. Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located home in Cottonwood. The open living space will allow conversations and entertainment to take place while you getaway from normal life. This can be rented furnished or unfurnished. If you desire UNFURNISHED, you must rent for at least 6 months. If a shorter stay is requested, it will be rented furnished. There is a large, fully fenced backyard for your dog or dogs. You will have to set up utilities for longer stays. For shorter stays, we can work out the details for utilities. If internet is desired, we can offer premium unlimited internet with 2 bands (2.4 and 5g) through Starlink- (We already have this installed). It would be an extra $120 a month. Also, a Disney Plus access account is included with rent! To rent it unfurnished, it would need to have at least a 6 month lease. There is a refundable deposit of $2000 and first months rent due at signing. It is currently on Air BNB and other short term rental platforms.
