Parking for 2-3 vehicles. All utilities are included in the rent. No pets allowed. Lease requirements: This is a sublet situation where no rental agreement with home owner is required however an agreement with the tenant IS required. Owner will have full knowledge of the lease arrangement and approval. Qualified tenant will provide fully refundable damage deposit and the monthly rent. Rent is inclusive of all utilities. Just lease and enjoy at a price far less than a hotel for so much more!
