The location is bathed in Angelic frequency, has room to roam with many trails on the property. It has large stones with views of the sunrise to the sunset. Plenty of parking here with a deck just off the living room. Home has a master bedroom with new king bed, and guest quarters with a queen bed. Living room has a fold out couch never slept on. Kitchen has updates, dishwasher, new stove and fridge. Views out every window, with two air conditioners, free standing gas stove. Location is 5 mins from downtown Prescott, 5 minutes to Thumb Butte hiking trails, is very quiet and private. Perfect for someone looking at Prescott for relocation possibilities, artist retreat, finish the book, the energy in this home is unrivaled. No Smoking allowed, lease includes all utilities and general maintenance like snow removal from driveway, weeds in the summer. Animals are welcome however any damage done will be renters responsibility. I prefer a responsible pet owner that has trained their pets. The property is not fenced in, so animals are not free to just run free. We are surrounding by parkland so it's very private, but we do have javalina, coyote, deer, and an assortment of natures pets roaming through the property. month to month lease
