Rental Qualifications and Lease Details -Monthly Income equal to 3 times total monthly rent -Credit score of at least 680 -Good tenant history 12 months for every adult in house -Criminal Background Check for Every Adult -Application fee of $50.00 for every adult in house -Gas in tenants name -Tenant pays 40% of all electric bills. -Tenant pays 40% of all water bills.
