One bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with a tub and shower and spacious closet. This bedroom provides you with access to the fenced backyard. There is a separate laundry room in the back with washer and dryer. We have two parking spot off the street (tandem) and it is easy to park on the street as well. No Airbnb arbitrage. This is a fully furnished rental. 30 day minimum up to 6 month lease. Rent is $4,000 per month all inclusive. One small pet with additional cleaning fee of $250 (non refundable).
