Settle in and relax in my calm, stylish home :). Open space trails (walking, running, mountain biking) are 2 doors away! And, the Broadmoor is a 6-minute drive. Skyway is a quiet neighborhood with mature trees, little traffic, and many restaurants, coffee/ice cream shop and convenience stores less than 1 mile away. A grocery store, natural food store and WalMart are all a 5-minute drive. This has been my primary home, and is well loved. I live in the area and am readily available. My home is open and bright surrounded by greenery and spaciousness. There are 3 bedrooms - 2 with queen-sized memory foam mattress beds and 1 with a futon. As a long-time remote worker, I've created a dedicated office with a lovely view of a mature tree, sometimes wildlife, and a quiet neighborhood. There is a stand-up desk, sitting desk, ergonomic chair, and large monitor. There are 1.5 bathrooms, which include 1 full bath in the main hallway and 1 half bath off the main bedroom. There is a bistro setting in the front for morning sun. The rear is a private, lush backyard - great for afternoon sun or evening chilling with patio dining, sofa, cafe lights and firepit.
