The space Conveniently located, this base camp offers big surprises in a small package!: -20 minute walk to historic downtown Fairplay's restaurants & shops alongside famous Fairplay Beach. -Nearby world class trout fishing. -Abundant lakes, reservoirs, scenic hikes & bike trails within close proximity. The area is know as the ice fishing capital of Colorado. -Community clubhouse to include access to pool table, putting green, and coin-operated washer/dryer units. Hot tubs available from Memorial Day to Labor Day. -30 minute drive to Breckenridge & 40 minutes to Buena Vista. -20 minute walk to craft brewery, winery and Fairplay's historic downtown distillery. -Amazing enclosed outdoor area for your K9 family members. -Vintage, but modern, electric wood stove. -Outdoor seating area with a Kitchen Aid BBQ grill. -King bed in master loft, twin bed in smaller loft. Bedding stored with the bed (see pics). -Bathroom includes shower, sink, toilet, storage cupboard and closet. -Did we say windows? Abundant windows makes for a beautiful space. Windows have high-end blinds for privacy & room dimming. -Alternate transportation available through a low cost shuttle from Fairplay to Breckenridge. This tiny space packs a big punch! Limit 2 pets. DOGS MUST BE LEASHED! Complaints from neighbors about guest dogs being off-leash will result in a $200 fine. We don't charge a pet fee, so please leash your dog & pick up it's waste. We have an outdoor playpen to keep dogs from roaming. It's not a fence. For over zealous dogs, use one of the provide dog tie outs. Be mindful that wildlife frequent the area-especially moose (which can be dangerous to roaming dogs). Please understand that this is a tiny home with ladders. Ladders are used at your own risk. We aren't liable for any injuries from the lofts or ladders. We have provided a main floor sofa sleeper as an alternative to the lofts/ladders. While the property has an outdoor grill & fireplace that you may use, propane is not guaranteed. If you need it, propane is sold at the local Ace Hardware. Use of these items are only to be used safely. Fire extinguisher under kitchen sink. COST: $1999/mo rent plus $500 deposit. First month rent ($1999) and deposit ($500) due upon signing the lease. Last month rent due upon taking possession of the property. All tenants must pass a background and credit check through Zillow. NO SMOKING! Rent includes: A furnished home, internet, water, HOA fees, trash fees and sewer. Landlord will pay up to $150 per month to cover utility bill.
