Our home is two stories with 3 bedroom, 2 baths. It is fully furnished with linens and fully equipped kitchen. We have dramatic sunsets and full sun all day. We are in a great neighborhood with access to bus one block away and Bart about a 15 walk. There is a very sweet circle two blocks away with a grocery store, flower shop, bakery, cleaners and two restaurants. Every Sunday there is a small, friendly farmers market. My husband and i live on the property in the in-law unit. We share the laundry room The main house and our unit are completely private from each other PG&E is included in monthly rent. We welcome only non-smokers. We own the home and live in an in-law unit on the property. Tenants have easy street parking
