This is the top floor unit in a unique, historic Victorian duplex house. Beautiful architectural details, deck off the kitchen and backyard with a second deck (and a lemon & apple tree). There are 2 bedrooms and the front living room could also be converted into a bedroom or office if needed (there are pocket doors connecting it to the main living room). There are new appliances and washer and dryer. We are looking for someone to rent our place furnished for 6 to 10 months starting in January. We are looking to rent our home furnished from January 2023 until end of July 2023. We have some flexibility with these dates though.
