Total move in cost will be first month and security deposit totaling $3600. Rent is due the first of every month. A late fee of $25 per day for rent not paid on the first and after 5 days of being late lease will be terminated. Lease will be good for 1 year. Will need 3 references and employment verification will be needed. No smoking. Renters will set up own accounts for Gas and Electric. Renters will need Water account set up with Pyramid Lake Utilities department and will be able to give info if needed for this. Only renters signed on lease will be occupants of the house. No non running cars allowed on property. Landscape in front and backyard will be maintained by renters. No additions will be made to house.
