Enter the home on the main level with the kitchen, open living, and dining area. On the same level is the Master Bedroom which features a king bed and private ensuite bathroom with a stand-up shower. Enjoy crisp, cool mornings on the private deck, sipping on hot cocoa or mulled wine as you take in the breathtaking Lake Tahoe views. From downstairs, you have the additional 2 bedrooms which both feature a king bed and another living area. One of the bedrooms has a private ensuite bathroom and the other one shares the hall bathroom. The bedroom that shares the hall bathroom features a small desk which is perfect for working remotely! It's designed to take full advantage of the cool mountain air to regulate the temperature of the home. Pets are welcome in this residence; however, this must be disclosed at the time of booking and an additional pet fee will be applied. 4-wheel drive vehicles are required during the winter months to access property. Even with 4-wheel drive or all wheel drive vehicles, we recommend to always carry chains due the pitch of the driveway.
