There's a master suite on the main floor with its own shower & bathroom. This room also includes a seating area with a futon. The living room has a comfy sectional with a TV with a firestick to watch Netflix, Amazon, etc. The dining table seats up to 8 people when it's extended. Additional fold out chairs can be found in the laundry room. The kitchen has everything you need to cook breakfast, lunch, and dinner. You'll also find plastic dishes & silverware for kids. We have basics such as coffee, sugar, spices & hot cocoa that you'll have access to using. Around the corner from the kitchen is a deep freezer & a washer and dryer with soap & dryer sheets available to use. Upstairs are 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. One bedroom has a queen size bed while the other has a twin over full bunkbed. You can find additional pillows in the master suite closet. While you will have access to the basement it is not finished & we currently do not have any furniture down there. The garage & a basement bedroom are locked to store owners personal items. Owner pays water. Tenant responsible for power.
