Our quaint 1970's beach cottage is the perfect home for your next visit to the emerald coast. Completely renovated filled with organic modern + boho coastal vibes. Located 2 blocks away from the beach + steps away from delicious island-stye tacos. You will have access to the entire house, laundry room and backyard with exception of the utility closet in the second bedroom that is for the cleaning crew. A full-time resident lives in the small house behind the fence that keeps this front house private. Owner pays for all utilities. No smoking allowed. Small dogs permitted (up to 20 pounds) with pet deposit of $250. This is for a temporary month-to-month lease that can begin the start of Oct 2023 through the end of Feb 2024. Property and furnishings are expected to be kept in like-new condition. The tenant will be responsible for any damages and maintaining the cleanliness of the house. Periodic cleaning arrangements can be arranged within the lease.
