Great views of the valley to Howelson Hill from the deck and the livingroom all the way to south valley out to 20 mile park, emerald and up to buff pass. This is an older log home and requires some property maintenance work. You will be asked about your experience in property maintenance and or property management. You may be asked for references for your work in property maintenance. It is partially furnished, but can be adjusted depending on the situation. Utilities will be split.
